What Clocked does

Clocked helps improve the dating profile you submit. You provide onboarding answers, profile screenshots, and current photos. Only after payment is confirmed, Clocked uses that information to generate your finished profile rebuild.

Information we collect

• Basic Google identity data used for sign-in: your Google account identifier, email address, name, and profile picture.
• Your onboarding answers, profile screenshots, photos, filenames, and technical upload details.
• Purchase and checkout status from Dodo Payments. Clocked does not store your full card number.
• Operational information needed for security, error recovery, service reliability, and privacy-first aggregate traffic measurement.

Analytics, referrals, and your choice

Cloudflare Web Analytics measures aggregate traffic and page performance without collecting or using visitor personal data. Google Analytics, Affonso affiliate attribution, and Reddit Ads measurement remain off unless you select “Allow analytics.” If allowed, Google Analytics measures page views and product progress, Affonso stores a referral identifier, and Reddit measures ad visits and conversions using browser and device details, an advertising click identifier when present, and a one-way hashed version of your account email. Browser and server purchase events share the same payment identifier to prevent duplicate counting. We do not send profile photos, profile writing, filenames, or card details to these services. Google Signals and Google ad personalization remain disabled. You can change your choice at any time using “Privacy choices.”

How we use Google user data

We use Google identity data only to create and authenticate your Clocked account, connect your materials and purchase to the correct account, and return your rebuild when you sign in again. We do not use Google user data for advertising, sell it, or post anything to Google or a dating app.

AI processing

When you choose to use a free AI tool, the photos, screenshots, and optional profile writing you submit are sent securely to our AI provider only to produce the result you requested. Clocked processes free-tool uploads in memory and does not write those uploads or results to its database or image storage. For the complete paid rebuild, AI processing starts only after payment is confirmed and uses the onboarding information and profile materials connected to your account.

Storage and service providers

Account and workflow data are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure. Dodo Payments processes checkout, OpenAI processes paid rebuilds, Affonso attributes consented influencer referrals, and Reddit measures consented advertising conversions. We share only the information necessary for those providers to perform their service. We do not sell personal information.

Retention, deletion, and your choices

Free-tool uploads and results are not retained by Clocked after the analysis request finishes. We retain account and paid-rebuild information while needed to provide and secure the service, recover purchases, and meet legal obligations. You may revoke Clocked’s Google access from your Google Account or request access, correction, or deletion of your account, uploads, and rebuild data by emailing support@getclocked.cc.
